Rates
Prices listed below include electricity, central heating and hot water, unlimited wifi, all bedding and towels, plus a welcome basket of local produce on arrival. From May to mid-September, changeover day is Saturday.
Arrival time is 4pm on the first day of your stay and we kindly ask that you vacate the property by 10am on the last day of your stay so that we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Please note that a 30% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you are booking within 30 days of arrival the balance will be due in full at time of booking.
